Approved Provider of Pre Filing Bankruptcy Credit Counseling Course | First Bankruptcy Course
An approved provider of a the pre-filing bankruptcy counseling course must receive permission from the United States Trustee’s Office to offer the course. We recommend using www.debtorcc.org for the first bankruptcy course (pre-filing credit counseling). They provide a user friendly platform and charge a low fee of $24.95. Their course, which is available in both written and audio formats, is very informative. Their course is also available in 2 languages: English and Spanish. We refer our clients to debtorcc.org for the bankruptcy course. They provide a certificate of completion immediately after course completion and have a very easy to use certificate search feature. This allows attorneys to download a client’s certificate without logging in. Simply enter the client’s name and last 4 digits of social security number and click download. We like this feature!
